The 36-page Home Remedy Book is distributed by the regional spine centers within the network to residents of their state as a free community service. According to Dr. James Lynch, a fellowship-trained spine surgeon and founder of SpineNevada, the Home Remedy Book has symptom charts that show when to go to the doctor, along with home remedies and special stretches a person can do in their own home to relieve back and neck pain symptoms.
