("Unigroup") pursuant to which Unigroup proposes to acquire the Company for $28.50 in cash per American Depositary Share (the "Unigroup Proposal"). Morgan Stanley has been retained to assist the Board in its evaluation of the Unigroup Proposal and the Board's consideration of potential alternatives to the Unigroup Proposal.
The Board is continuing its review and evaluation of the Unigroup Proposal and other alternatives available to the Company. The Board has not yet made any decisions with respect to such matters.
