SQN Raises Over $350 million in 2015
SQN increased the equity raise across its platform which includes two current offerings to more than $350 million for the year ended December 31, 2015. This represents a $100 million increase from the approximate $250 million raised across the SQN platform for the year ended December 31, 2014.
SQN Securities, LLC Becomes Exclusive Distributor for Wildermuth Endowment Strategy Fund
In February 2016, SQN Securities, LLC ("SQN Securities") became the exclusive principal underwriter and distributor for the Wildermuth Endowment Strategy Fund (NASDAQ: WESFX and WEFCX). The Wildermuth Endowment Strategy Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation and income to investors by employing investment strategies and asset allocation policies followed by traditional endowment funds.

SQN Venture Partners
In 2015, SQN Venture Partners, LLC (SQNVP), an affiliate of SQN, was formed to provide investment advisory and management to programs that will primarily invest in leases and debt securities of venture backed emerging technologies and privately held companies. SQNVP is led by founding member Ryan McCalley who brings more than 15 years of investment management and startup operational experience.

SQN Securities Promotions and New Hires
Carmine Cozelino was promoted to Senior Vice President of SQN Securities, LLC, the exclusive broker-dealer for programs sponsored by SQN Capital Management. Mr. Cozelino, who has been with SQN since 2014, most recently served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing.
In December 2015, SQN Securities added Lee Iredell as Senior Vice President. Ms. Iredell brings more than 19 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently serving as Vice President – Sales and Product Management at Realty Capital Securities from 2009-2015. During her career, Ms. Iredell has been responsible for assembling and managing sales teams and territories; developing and overseeing key accounts within the independent broker-dealer channel; and possesses wide-ranging experience in the areas of operations, marketing, and business development.
In February 2016, SQN Securities added Karman Pun as Assistant Vice President. Mr. Pun brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President – Relationship Manager for HSBC Securities. During his career, Mr. Pun has been responsible for sales and distribution of both alternative and traditional investment products throughout the country, with a focus on both the independent broker dealer and wire house channels.
