This allows agents to focus solely on finding the right coverage for the customer at the least expensive price.

This way of doing business has paid off. The private company has grown every year since it's launch in 2003, from $1 million in sales to over $26 million. The company attributes this significant growth to the trust they build with their customers.

"Customers come back to us because they know we are straight shooters and they trust us," says Harvey. "They don't need to purchase from us. They could buy the same exact policy directly from one of the providers we offer, but they don't."
