SS&G Healthcare Services Expands National Reach with New Chicago Joint Venture

CHICAGO and AKRON, Ohio, Aug. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SS&G Healthcare Services LLC has furthered its growth into the national healthcare operations and financial services marketplace by entering into a joint venture with Professional Business Consultants Inc. (PBC) of Chicago. The new venture, SS&G Healthcare-Chicago LLC, will provide physician management and revenue cycle services to hospitals and physicians in Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Iowa and northern Indiana.

Since 1999, the Akron, Ohio-based consulting and management firm has provided specialized financial and operational healthcare consulting services designed to meet the complex and changing needs of a diverse group of clients, including private practice physicians and networks, hospitals and health systems, post-acute care facilities and clinical research facilities. The firm also has offices in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati and Miami, serving clients in the Midwest, East and West coasts and the Southeast.
