More than 100 Irish Fairies will find a home at the local Ronald McDonald House, thanks to a new partnership with Starlight Children's Foundation
DUBLIN, Ohio, March 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Straight from Dublin-Ireland, The Irish Fairy Door Company is set to partner with its 'sister city,' Dublin, OH and Starlight Children's Foundation to mark their official US launch, just in time for St. Patrick's Day! Throughout the weekend of March 11 - March 13, the company will participate in a series of local events, which kicks off with a special visit to the Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio and culminates in their participation in Dublin, Ohio's world-famous St. Patrick's Day parade followed by the launch of the nation's first Irish Fairy Door Trail. Created by the Dublin Convention & Visitors Bureau and dubbed, The Irish Fairy Doors of Dublin Trail, this scavenger hunt experience begins at the Dublin Visitor Information Center and leads families through Historic Dublin to find seven custom-designed, green fairy doors.
The Irish Fairy Doors are available nationwide in a variety of colors, with optional add-ons including decals, fairy dust and washing lines, retailing for $24.99. A portion of the proceeds from sales in the US and Canada will be donated to Starlight.
