DALLAS, Nov. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- StaffDNA released October's Candidate Blueprint Index (CBI), which provides real-time data detailing the employment preferences of healthcare candidates nationwide. Data is obtained from nursing and allied health professionals who registered via the StaffDNA platform. Candidates have the option to select multiple employment preferences, including state and job type.
Month over month the job type preferences remained consistent, however, there was less concentration among the top five states. For the month of October, candidates sought the following job types:
Permanent (33%) – Local Contracts (23%) – Per Diem (23%) – Travel/Temporary (21%)
