Held at One London Wall, London, the breakfast seminar has been organised to ensure recruitment consultancies arefully prepared for the forthcoming Agency Workers Regulations, to be introduced on the 1st October this year. From the 1st October 2011, the Agency Workers Regulations state that agency workers, once in a consistent role at the same company for 12 weeks, will have the right to receive equal treatment with regards to pay and basic working conditions, as permanent staff directly hired by the organisation. The seminar therefore aims to help visitors to make any vital last minute checks to their business to ensure compliance.
