Stanley and Seafort's knows fish and seafood. Guests can begin the evening by enjoying a smoked salmon bisque or Dungeness crab dip. Guests may also enjoy an Iceberg lettuce wedge and teriyaki tidbits that round out the appetizer menu.
The second-course menu offers modern tastes on American classic presentations. In keeping with the steakhouse heritage of Stanley and Seafort's, the entree menu features prime rib and applewood-smoked, char-grilled sirloin chateau. Smoked chili prawns invoke the playful side of the Stanley and Seafort's seafood menu, but the crab cakes are serious eats.
Finally, dessert will be impossible to pass up as Stanley and Seafort's third-course offering. A waffle sundae (a long-standing Stanley and Seafort's favorite), key lime pie or burnt cream punctuate an evening of explosive flavors and comfortable dining.
