Stanson Health Names Dr. Jeremy Orr Chief Medical Officer

LOS ANGELES, July 26, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Stanson Health, a next generation Clinical Decision Support (CDS) and analytics company, today announced that Dr. Jeremy Orr was named Chief Medical Officer (CMO). As Stanson CMO, Dr. Orr will expand his leadership role guiding the strategic development of Stanson Health products and services, along with important roles in Commercial Operations, Clinical Content development, and upstream product development for Stanson Clinical Decision Support and Analytics.

Prior to his tenure at Stanson Health, Dr. Orr was the CMO of Humedica (later Optum Analytics) where he was responsible for guiding clinical development of the Humedica analytic platform. A board-certified family physician, Dr. Orr was named a "Top 100 Physician" during his time with Kaiser Permanente, and then went on to launch a medical practice that became part of Centura Health. While an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado, he was selected as Teacher of the Year by Residents in 2011. Dr. Orr has more than 20 years of population health experience, including outcomes research, chronic disease management, EMR implementation and optimization, and provider operations.
