Banks discussed potential changes to generation portfolio strategies as a result of the Environmental Law and Policy (EPA) Clean Power Plan and its effect on the energy industry.
The EPA recently proposed the Clean Power Plan to reduce carbon emissions from power plants. Such regulations may have an impact on energy suppliers like Star Energy Partners, an Ohio-based energy retailer that offers energy solutions for homes and businesses in competitive markets.
