On Day 2, Thursday 16 October at 11:20 in the Innovation Zone, Anne Flanagan, Star Data Analytics Manager, will deliver 'Ethos in Action – Saving 9 GWh and 2,000 tonnes CO₂e at Asda and Tesco's Cold Stores'. This session demonstrates how Star's AI-led optimisation system identified inefficiencies, predicted future energy demand, and delivered practical recommendations that reduced energy costs, cut carbon emissions, and extended equipment life.
