ATLANTA, Jan. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- StarMobile, Inc., a company that offers a disruptive, cloud-based solution that delivers enterprise mobility at a fraction of the cost and time of any other approach, announced that Addie Bourne has been named executive vice president, sales and marketing, reporting directly to StarMobile President and CEO Todd Fryburger.

"StarMobile is changing how companies mobilize their enterprise applications," said Fryburger. "Addie is arguably the top go-to-market executive in the industry. I am extremely excited that a leader of her caliber will help us to take our message and solution to our customers."

Bourne is an accomplished senior executive with 30 years of global sales and marketing experience at established and emerging technology companies. She has led high performance teams focused on enterprise mobility at Kony, SAP and CAS, working with CIOs and line of business executives to develop and execute their mobile strategies. Bourne also previously served in executive roles at Cybercash, Seer Technologies and Legent Corporation. She has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Marketing from The Ohio State University, and resides with her family in Atlanta, Georgia.

"Up until now, enterprise mobility has been a luxury," said Bourne. "MEAPs and MADPs are complex, resource consumptive, expensive, time consuming and risky. StarMobile has a 'game changing' approach toward mobilizing the applications that companies use to run their businesses, and delivers with speed and a price point that is simply unrivaled. This is exactly the solution that customers are asking for."
