Approved attorneys will also have the option of purchasing credit reports a la carte.
Members of the Start Fresh Today team are currently at the New York Hilton Midtown for the NACBA convention at Booth #29 all weekend, promoting this new feature for bankruptcy attorneys and their clients. This feature is available to single or joint filers with an attorney code from an approved attorney with the purchase of the Preferred Package. The Experian and/or TransUnion credit reports can then be downloaded directly from within the approved attorney's Start Fresh Today account while the client fulfills their Credit Counseling or Debtor Education requirement.
This new addition to the Start Fresh Today platform is just another convenient enhancement added to the growing list, especially given that the credit reports upload directly into your bankruptcy software*. Start Fresh Today also recently began offering the automatic filing of the Debtor Education certificate in the majority of district courts nationwide.
