Starz Real Estate Funds Its First Debt Deal for Node Dublin

Starz Real Estate, a commercial real estate lending platform, closed its first loan, providing global co-living pioneer Node with a €12,375,000 senior facility on Ireland's first co-living residence in Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin, Ireland.

Node Dublin is a prime, boutique, "curated living" residence comprising two and three bedroom furnished apartments with communal areas. Rent, WiFi and utilities are bundled into a fixed monthly fee and services include roommate matching, curated events and access to other Node residences worldwide.  

Since opening in April, the scheme was oversubscribed with demand and is fully let. It has attracted residents from Ireland and around the world working in the tech, entrepreneurial and creative sectors.

Node is a global, design-led, residential apartment brand catering to globally mobile urban professionals looking for a convenient offering and diverse community of creative residents. Residences are located across North America and Europe, with further expansion planned globally. It was founded in 2016 by Anil Khera who previously created and led Blackstone's European Real Estate Capital Markets group in London.
