
State Industrial Products Continues to Expand With Acquisition of LabTek of Bloomington, Indiana
BLOOMINGTON, Ind., Jan. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- State Industrial Products, one of the largest privately owned suppliers of industrial cleaning solutions in North America, is continuing its expansion with the purchase of LabTek, a provider of institutional cleaning supplies in Bloomington, Indiana.
State will integrate LabTek into State Cleaning Solutions, the company's ware wash and laundry division, which provides institutional cleaning products and solutions.

With 950 employees, Cleveland-based State Industrial Products operates manufacturing and distribution centers throughout North America, including a new state-of-the-art facility in Hebron, Ohio. It also is one of America's most successful privately held companies and has been owned by the same family since its establishment in 1911. Annual sales surpass $110 million.
State Industrial sells thousands of products for housekeeping, maintenance, grounds, transportation, and food preparation to 40,000 commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and military customers in the United States and Canada, ranging from local YMCAs to Fortune 500 multinationals.
