Homemade Michigan favorites including wild duck breasts, cherry barbeque meatballs and Coho Salmon will be featured. Locally grown Michigan apples and black walnuts will top some dishes, and dessert highlights include a Sander's Ice Cream Sundae Station, and Fort Mackinaw Fudge, both favorites of the state.
