Stautzenberger College Announces New Diagnostic Sonography Programs and Sonography OPEN HOUSE

BRECKSVILLE, Ohio, Feb. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Stautzenberger College-Brecksville is excited to announce the launch of their Academic Associate Degree programs in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and Diagnostic Cardiovascular Sonography. The programs will train students to use specialized equipment to create sonographic images of various structures inside the body that are used by physicians to make a medical diagnosis and aid in treatment of a disease.  The focus of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program is on the abdomen, male and female pelvis, obstetrics and superficial structures whereas the Diagnostic Cardiovascular Sonography studies the heart and blood vessels including associated pathologies. Sonographers are truly part of the diagnostic team and interact daily with physicians, patients and others. Our graduates will have the ability to make a positive impact in the community.  

Both diagnostic sonography programs are 2 years (8 quarters) in duration. Classes begin on April 20^th.
