Bart R. McIlonie has provided ownership transition, mergers and acquisitions and ESOP advisory services for privately held clients for more than 10 years. He advises clients on a wide variety of tax, corporate finance, executive compensation and ESOP operational issues, as well as ESOP sustainability and general corporate compliance related issues. Bart is an active member of the ESOP Association, National Center for Employee Ownership and North Dakota Society of CPAs. Most recently, he was vice president of consulting and a managing director at Core Consulting Group. Bart earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and his bachelor of arts in accounting and finance from the University of Jamestown.
Sean-Tamba Matthew comes to SG&F from Laura Solomon and Associates, where he represented nonprofit organizations and social enterprises in transactional, organizational, governance, regulatory, tax, and other matters. He also previously worked as a Corporate and Securities associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP, where he represented established businesses and emerging growth companies in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and corporate governance matters, and private securities offerings. Prior to attending law school, Sean was a leadership fellow for Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region. Sean earned his law degree at the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where he was honored with the Harriet Robinson Gillock Memorial Award graduation prize, and bachelor of arts in political science at the of the University of Pennsylvania.
