Sterling Bay Secures Financing for New Hotel & Residential Tower on Chicago's Michigan Avenue

CHICAGO, July 16, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Sterling Bay, one of Chicago's most innovative real estate investment and development firms, today announced the closing of $174.5 million in financing for the construction of 300 North Michigan Avenue, a 47-story mixed-use tower to be developed in partnership with Magellan Development Group. Located between the City's Riverwalk and Millennium Park, 300 North Michigan Avenue will feature 289 residential units, 25,000 square feet of flagship retail space and a 280-key hotel which will be purchased by citizenM upon completion.
