WESTPORT, Conn., Nov. 12, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Sterling Investment Partners ("Sterling") today announced that it has acquired PROtect, LLC ("PROtect," or the "Company"). PROtect management and employees will retain significant equity interests in the Company.
