SAUGUS, Mass., July 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- "NoLine NoWaiting" allows users to get in a virtual line, anywhere, anytime. The back-end databases, and the teller-based controls in every office, keep the line moving. Each time the line moves (i.e. "Next"), every user who is in line, receives a notification telling them what their new wait time is (i.e. "they need to be there in 25 minutes"). As they get closer to time, their wait time drops appropriately. They will show up on time, and they'll have NoLine, NoWaiting.

Users can select offices based on their geolocation through the application. When they tap on an office, they are presented with "Now Serving" details for that office. If they want to get in line, great. If they'd like to choose another office, they can go right ahead. No matter what office works best for the user, they will be able to get in line with the app, arrive on time, NoLine NoWaiting.
