NEW YORK, Sept. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Executive compensation consultants Steven Hall & Partners today announced that Christina C. Young has joined the firm as a Managing Director.  Ms. Young will be based in the firm's New York office.

Prior to joining Steven Hall & Partners, Ms. Young was an attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she was a member of the executive compensation and employee benefits practice group.

Ms. Young received her J.D. from New York University Law School, was an editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and holds a B.S. in Policy Analysis from Cornell University and an M.S. in Education from City University of New York.
