According to the Company, the Total Return Swap (TRS) agreement entered into on March 17, 2014 at the same time has been reduced by 300,000 to 450,000 shares and as a result, Seadrill has exposure to a total of 4.2 million common shares through TRS agreements with Seadrill Limited as underlying security and present holding of 324,064 of its own treasury shares. Ensco Plc Analyst Notes
On April 24, 2014 Ensco Plc (Ensco) disclosed that it sold ENSCO 85, a jackup rig built in 1981, for $64 million. As per the Company, the net book value of the rig was around $54 million and the pre-tax gain on this sale was about $10 million, which will be included in Q2 2014 operating results. Commenting on the sale, Executive Vice President and CFO Jay Swent, said, "Year to date, we have sold three jackup rigs and recently we ordered two ENSCO 140 Series jackups.
