GLEN ALLEN, Va., Jan. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Straight Path IP Group, Inc. (SPIPG), a subsidiary of Straight Path Communications Inc. (NYSE MKT: STRP), announced that it has entered into a settlement with Bandwidth.com, Inc. of pending litigation proceedings in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia involving Straight Path IP Group's patent portfolio relating to communications over a network.

Straight Path IP Group is a communications technology licensing company, headquartered in Glen Allen, VA. Straight Path IP Group's patent portfolio includes U.S. and international patents. The parties have agreed not to disclose the specific terms of the agreement.
