Strategic Growth Fuels Prestigious Award and Recognition from the Washington Business Journal for WorkSpaces LLC

This award comes on the eve of WorkSpaces' expansion into the Chicago market in the West Fulton Market area.  This growth, on the heels of the firm's sixth birthday, marks WorkSpaces' fourth office to open nationally and its first office in the Midwest.

The WorkSpaces' Chicago office will be led by two highly accomplished Principals including Daniel Ortiz, (Business Development) and Derek Parisi, (Team Lead).  Each Principal brings unique subject matter expertise and leadership to their new role.

Daniel Ortiz, Principal, Business Development
Daniel Ortiz joined WorkSpaces, LLC in 2012 as Principal, Business Development.  Formerly with Andreu World, a chair and table manufacturer based in Spain, he led the firm's sales efforts serving as National Sales Manager.  Daniel is an expert in manufacturing and interiors and prior to this role he participated in Starwood's marketing program.  In his free time, Daniel works with local charities and is a partner in a local community-based website.

Derek Parisi, Principal, Team Lead
Derek N. Parisi joined WorkSpaces, LLC in 2012 as Principal, Team Lead.  He is a graduate of Ball State University and the University of Notre Dame.  He spent the first part of his career first in consumer products documenting buying behaviors.  He then transitioned into commercial furnishings in various product development roles developing office systems and spaces that serve the changing needs of next generation employees.
