Collabra is an integrated web-based software suite that enhances the productivity of hospital clinical documentation improvement (CDI) and coding staff and enables them to seamlessly share patient data. 

Integrates Four Powerful Applications

Facilitates Sharing of Critical Data
The Collabra solution suite was developed to address a critical communication challenge in healthcare facilities: the inability of CDI and coding staff to share data. Coders are often unaware of the work their CDI colleagues have already completed on a chart. If a facility does not include physician queries as part of the permanent patient record, coders may find themselves duplicating CDI queries. At the same time, CDI specialists typically have no way to know the final outcome on their cases, and are therefore unable to assess the impact of their documentation improvement efforts. 

Collabra resolves these issues by enabling CDI specialists and coders to work together, utilizing a shared database. Now, coders can easily access concurrent query information while CDI specialists can see the final coding on a case and compare it to the concurrent documentation improvement efforts.
