Streets and Sidewalk Specialist Mario Fender Sets His Sights on Common Interest Developments and Commercial Properties in Austin and San Antonio

After eight years, Fender is chasing pavements in a completely fresh and growing market, having moved in June 2014 to Texas to work with the rapidly expanding Lone Star State-based Pavecon.

As part of his plan to network and establish himself as a high level professional working on behalf of the people in his new area, Fender intends to hit the ground running by becoming an active member of Austin's and San Antonio's Community Association Institute (CAI). CAI provides information and education to community associations and the professionals who support them.

Fender will be working for and on behalf of these property managers and board members. His goal is to build and gain trust with the property managers and board members so that they will always suggest Pavecon for any of their paving needs.
