
Student Housing Property Near University of Cincinnati Closes for Undisclosed Amount
HOUSTON, May 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sterling University Housing, the student housing division of The Dinerstein Companies, announced today that M&A Real Estate Partners of Los Angeles, California, has purchased Sterling McMillan, their 122-unit, 442-bed student housing community in Cincinnati, Ohio. Sterling McMillan was 95% occupied at closing. CB Richard Ellis' National Student Housing Group represented the parties in the transaction and the property was purchased for an undisclosed amount.
Acquired by Sterling University Housing in 2009, under the name McMillan Manor, Sterling McMillan's amenities include a resort-style pool, cyber cafe, fitness center, tanning salon and study lounge.
