STW Resources Pipeline Completes Construction of Two Pipeline Projects Amid Continuing Expansion

Third pipeline project under construction; STW crews work under contracts for maintaining existing pipelines and new pipelines

Feb 18, 2014, 12:45 ET from STW Resources Holding Corp.

MIDLAND, Texas, Feb. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- STW Resources Holding Corp. (OTC QB: STWS) ("STW" or the "Company") announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary STW Pipeline Maintenance & Construction ("Pipeline") completed construction of two new pipeline projects for major producers in the Permian Basin, one of which was a multi-mile pipeline. Pipeline said it has been awarded a third contract for a multi-mile pipeline, which presently is under construction and is in various stages in the bidding process for additional projects.

Over the last three months STW Pipeline has hired over 60 people making up 12 full-time crews and equipment working under contracts with producers and midstream companies to maintain and repair existing pipelines, building new lines, and setting tank batteries and compressor stations.

Pipeline's President Adam Jennings noted that the company earned a bonus of 10% over original bid for early completion of the pipeline.  "We have been fortunate in attracting some of the best crews in the business as evidenced by the efficiency in which we were able to complete this project."

STW's CEO Stanley Weiner said, "Each time a pipeline project nears completion, the companies keep adding two to three new jobs for us to start on...under its current growth rate, it is projected that this subsidiary will add sixteen to twenty additional crews in 2014. Generally, each crew can generate $1mm to $1.2mm per year. We have been very fortunate in recruiting qualified pipeline and personnel due to our full insurance packages, paid days off, competitive salaries and/or hourly rates, potential to participate in the parent company stock option plan, once implemented; this is all in addition to many employees' desire to work with Pipeline's President again...I can't stress how pleased I am with the quality of leadership and hard work displayed by Adam Jennings."

"STW has a consistent solution to customers' needs of pipeline construction, constructing roads, drilling pad sites, and frac water ponds….some as large as 15 acres in size," said Mr. Weiner, adding that "the synergy of performing the customers' construction projects and also installing quality controlled liners in the ponds and installing evaporation covers for them makes STW a one-stop-shop so they don't have to spend their time finding other oilfield service companies to perform all of these jobs that have to be done in order for them to do what they do best…drill and complete wells. Many times, the producers have said they appreciate being able to outsource all of these jobs to just one service company."

"We continue to focus on steady growth and providing a quality product through strategic hiring and the development of industry relationships," said STW Chief Operations Officer Lee Maddox.

About STW Resources Holding Corp.

STW Resources Holdings Corp. consults and provides customized water analysis, reclamation and remediation services to a variety of complex oil and gas produced and flowback water, brackish water, industrial, and municipal applications throughout several geographic locations. As an independent solutions provider, STW utilizes proven technologies from various well-known manufacturers. These technologies are available as fixed or mobile units with varying capabilities. STW's process ensures that the most effective and efficient technologies are implemented. Current potential project locations include the Eagle Ford Shale (TX), the west Texas Delaware and Permian Basins (TX), and eastern New Mexico.  STW is also involved in the oilfield construction business providing road, pit, location, and water pond construction. It also offers evaporation covers for the elimination of evaporation on frac ponds used throughout the oilfield.  Evaporation causes the operators millions of dollars in losses annually. Covering the ponds is a conservational and economic method of preserving one of our natural resources and can be floated on to existing ponds or installed during construction.  It also eliminates algae growth, doubles as a bird net, and reduces erosion of pond infrastructure. High quality liners with fusion-welded seams, quality control testing including air tests of seams and destruction testing are also standard. STW Energy, a subsidiary of STW Holding Corp, offers a turnkey rig washing service and STW Holdings offers the ability and technology to process drilling waste fluids, tank bottoms, and oil based cuttings that will completely eliminate any potential future liabilities (Cradle-to-Grave) to the operators after they dispose of them. STW services include roustabout services for several major oil and gas producers too. STW's Pipeline Maintenance & Construction division aids oil & gas companies in connecting new wells so the oil & gas can be sold to market and helps maintain the integrity of their existing pipeline infrastructure.
