(Nasdaq: SFSF) announced that Spectrum Health, a not-for-profit, integrated health system, has partnered with SuccessFactors' Business Execution (BizX) Suite to identify and cultivate top talent and align strategic decisions across its organization to improve overall business performance.

Spectrum Health's subsidiaries include seven hospitals, a health plan and over 140 service sites, as well as physician practices that serve the western Michigan area.
