SAN MATEO, Calif., July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Today, SuccessFactors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF) announced a new North America SuccessConnect 2010 event to take place in Chicago on September 16-17.

Following sold-out conferences in San Francisco and New York in May 2010, which were over 70 percent larger than those in 2009, SuccessFactors revealed its third global customer conference location of five in 2010: Chicago, IL. The conference reinforces the company's strategic format change in 2009 to make events more intimate and accessible to give customers a better opportunity to listen, learn and share on how to maximize business execution. SuccessFactors has added SuccessConnect Chicago to its conference circuit to bring its many Midwest- and Canada-based customers together.

The event will assemble customers and partners, as well as industry analysts and thought leaders, to share experiences and discuss how to best leverage SuccessFactors' Business Execution (BizX) Suite, bridging the execution gap between strategy and success, across all organizations to accelerate business execution and achieve maximum results.

SuccessFactors Founder and CEO, Lars Dalgaard, along with other members of the SuccessFactors executive team, will present the opening keynote for SuccessConnect Chicago. The customer conference will also feature breakout presentations and best practices sessions from SucccessFactors customers.

Additionally, based on feedback received from the almost 1,000 attendees at the events in New York and San Francisco, SuccessConnect Chicago will include two Birds of a Feather lunches for attendees to gather in special interest groups and connect with people in similar industries. Also new to the event will be the addition of BizX Insights sessions to learn about SuccessFactors' integrated solution with Inform and how to answer critical questions about overall business performance. The event will also include the announcement of the SuccessAwards Chicago winners -- a program designed to recognize the best of the best in reaping demonstrated value from SuccessFactors implementations.

SucccessConnect Australia in Gold Coast, Queensland will take place August 16-17 and SuccessConnect Europe in Frankfurt, Germany will follow SuccessConnect Chicago on October 18-19. Both events will deliver world-class content and keynotes from SuccessFactors executives and customers.
