Partnership with Verifications, Inc. Streamlines Onboarding Process

SAN MATEO, Calif., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, SuccessFactors (Nasdaq: SFSF) announced that talent transition pioneer Verifications, Inc., which provides leading employment screening and onboarding solutions, has joined the SuccessFactors Partner Program as a Strategic SuccessCloud Partner. The Verifications, Inc. partnership supplements SuccessFactors' existing Recruiting Management module and is a significant addition to the SuccessFactors Business Execution (BizX) Suite, creating a more comprehensive offering for customers.

The new partnership with Verifications, Inc. expands the onboarding capabilities of SuccessFactors' recruiting module and incorporates background screening services to accelerate contributions from new employees, while helping make them more engaged, productive and loyal. The combined solution significantly streamlines and automates management of activities from within SuccessFactors, cutting out a number of steps typically managed by different vendors. Features include:

  • Talent portal that engages, prepares, and socializes new hires before they start
  • Centralized management of background and drug screenings, forms management, task management, I9, E-Verify and more
  • Pre-populated electronic forms with E-Signature capability that can be completed before the new hire starts on day one
  • Launch and track tasks for new employees to acquire work tools, helping make them productive faster
  • Automated, and configurable workflow of all screening and onboarding activities freeing HR and recruiting resources, to focus on the people, rather than process

In addition, SuccessFactors recently announced their partnership with social recruiting partner, Jobvite, as well as the social collaboration capabilities from technology recently acquired with CubeTree. The Jobvite partnership brings social recruiting into the SuccessFactors Business Execution Suite to let companies reach passive candidates through social networks and develop a pipeline of new hires more efficiently and less expensively. Collaboration capabilities from CubeTree let people from across the organization come together for decision-making – to facilitate the right candidate being selected for every role.

The recruiting solutions described above are expected to be generally available to all SuccessFactors' customers in the coming 12 months subject to completion of development.
