As part of the relationship, NEC will resell SuccessFactors' Business Execution (BizX) software through NEC global cloud-based global human resource management solution "Cultiiva Global/HM". The solution will be sold by NEC's global sales force and will provide additional opportunities for SuccessFactors to improve business execution for customers worldwide.

Personnel data is managed at a secure data center owned by SuccessFactors to help prevent information leaks and ensure a controlled environment for data.
