ESTERO, Fla., Aug. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- TheGritandGraceProject.org announces today the launch of its first-ever weekly podcast entitled This Grit and Grace Life. This free podcast is now available to subscribe to on the Apple Podcasts, Google Play, and other podcast outlets, also through the website, TheGritandGraceProject.org. The first three episodes are available for immediate download: "About Us" Episode 000, "What is a Grit and Grace Life?" Episode 001, and "How You Can Stop the Struggle with Comparison" Episode 002.
The Grit and Grace Project's online publication for women debuted in October 2015 with a goal of offering content for strong women and those who want to be. Believing that a woman's beauty and nature is often misconstrued, the stated purpose is to redefine and encourage women to know that true beauty is found in their strength.
The site began with a handful of writers with a passion for encouragement. Since then it has grown to include more than 50 regular writers with diverse backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. These authors along with guest writers, bring their expertise on various subjects' women face today, and have published over 750 articles on a variety of topics. The site is now reaching over 70,000 active users annually since its 2015 inception.
With the website nearing its two-year anniversary, Founder Darlene Brock believes the new podcast is a perfect way to expand on the topics the site explores, "It's one thing to read about other strong women's tips, trials, and triumphs, but it's another for two women to just sit down and chat about them. This is what the podcast allows us to do."
This Grit and Grace Life hosts, Darlene Brock and Julie Graham, cross generational lines and draw from life experience to discuss all things women face—from the boardroom to the bedroom, car-lines to college, being single, married, or single again. Combining the two traits found in all women, grit and grace, they laugh, share insights, and explore the road taken to find strength every day.
