PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen, Placitella & Roth, PC, Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, and Evangelista & Associates LLC, announce a hearing will be held on December 5, 2012, at 3:30 p.m., before the Honorable Nathaniel M. Gorton, at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, One Courthouse Way, Boston, MA 02210, for the purpose of determining: (1) whether the proposed settlement of the Litigation for the sum of $25,000,000.00 in cash should be approved by the Court as fair, reasonable and adequate; (2) whether, thereafter, this Litigation should be dismissed with prejudice against the Defendants as set forth in the Stipulation of Settlement dated as of June 22, 2012; (3) whether the Plan of Allocation of settlement proceeds is fair, reasonable and adequate and therefore should be approved; and (4) the reasonableness of the application of Lead Counsel for the payment of attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in connection with this Litigation, together with interest thereon and the award to Lead Plaintiffs for representing the Class.
