Summer Season Ends With a Flash: dooyoo.co.uk Runs Competition for the Best of Their Digital Cameras

Top Three Competition Winners Published on dooyoo.co.uk's Community Page

The review site, dooyoo.co.uk has announced the results of their August competition; a round-up celebration of the best digital camera reviews after a summer of holiday photography.

A host of summer snap reviews were entered in dooyoo's photography category, which exhibited a a vast range of reviews for a pool of digital cameras. As the holiday season came to end, dooyoo.co.uk published the top three on their community page.

First place position was filled by alyson29, a regular reviewer to the dooyoo.co.uk site. She offered an informative and thorough piece on the perks of the NikonD80 model, which, despite being one of the older models, is still current and impressive enough for quality photography.

In second place was a review of one of Nikon's established competitors. Musicmad202 was awarded second place for the researched and concise review of the Canon E0S 500D, a popular digital SLR camera model on the dooyoo site.

Finally, dooyoo gave the third place to a camera review of the National Geographic Land and Sky Telescope, entered by historywitch. The review, titled, Telescopically Awful, examined the model in lucid and critical detail, which was considered a useful addition to the list of other products given the same practical inspection.

The three awarded reviews played their valuable part on the dooyoo community page, pre-empting the range of questions fellow consumers wish to ask, and answering them with experienced and helpful information.

The competition energises the purpose of the consumer review, which not only highlights and showcases various products and models, but opens doors of communication from consumer to consumer.
