Stan will be responsible for delivering Sun Life's broad portfolio of group benefits to employers with more than 2,000 employees, strengthening relationships with the benefits brokers and consultants who serve them, and advancing Sun Life's competitive position in the large case market.
He will lead Sun Life's U.S. National Accounts sales team, which specializes in meeting the distinct benefits needs of larger companies, and will also oversee strategic distribution alliances. The creation of this role reflects Sun Life's continued investments in solutions for larger employers, including dedicated sales and service resources, comprehensive disability and absence management capabilities as expressed at the Sun Life Center for Healthy Work, and advanced tools in data analytics, enrollment, administration and reporting.
