Super Savings: Inside Rx Expands Its Prescription Savings Program, Offers Discounts on 100 Brand Name Medications

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J., Jan. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Inside Rx announced today the addition of 30 new brand-name prescription medications to its featured medications list, bringing the total number of discounted brand medications available through the ground-breaking program to 100. The Inside RxSM program, launched last year by Express Scripts (NASDAQ: ESRX), can provide affordable access to uninsured people who pay full-list price for prescription medications.
The latest additions include medications from ALK, Galderma, Orexigen Therapeutics and RedHill Biopharma, and include treatments for weight loss, allergies, skin conditions and chronic diarrhea. A full list of conditions and featured medications can be found at https://InsideRx.com.

The expanded list also includes dermatologic medications that treat acne, rosacea, psoriasis, dandruff, melasma and dermatosis. Savings on these medications with the Inside Rx card could be beneficial to patients who are uninsured. The program may also help insured patients who choose to pay out of pocket if their plan does not provide coverage of a certain medication that is now available through Inside Rx.
Benefiting from these discounts is easy for eligible patients who only need to present the discount card at one of the 40,000 participating pharmacies which includes national chains such as CVS, the Kroger Family of Pharmacies and Walgreens. There is no membership fee or other costs to obtain the card, which could save patients hundreds or even thousands of dollars a year.
