Supor Ceramic Has Entered Mass Production Stage

SHENYANG, China, May 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Supor Ceramic Industry Co., Ltd. ("Supor Ceramic"), a subsidiary of China SUPOR Group, announced the ceramic project, which started in 2011, has entered mass production on April 30. The company also announced it will attend KBC 2014 in Shanghai from May 28-31, 2014 (Booth W4B03).

After the successful tunnel kiln ignition ceremony on April 28, 2014, Supor Ceramic has steadily entered into its mass production stage. Its two 94 meters tunnels and a shuttle kiln are fully operational 24-hours a day. Currently, the production capacity of each line is 45,000 sets per month. The company expects to reach the total capacity of 85,000 sets per line each month by December 2014. Products include toilets, squatting pans, bidets, basins, and more.

Supor Ceramic is one of the two key projects of Supor Group in the sanitary industry. The project was officially launched in April 2011 and had a total investment of about US$65 million by the end of 2013. The project is expected to have a total investment of US$480 million, occupying 1.33 million square meters of land with an annual capacity of 10 million sets upon completion.

Supor Ceramic has the most advanced, most environmental, and highest automated full ceramic production line in China. By using CNC engraving machines to scan and generate products, the lead-time is only one-fifth of that of mature workers while making products with more graceful lines and greatly improved tooling accuracy. High-pressure grouting production lines for each piece can effectively utilize space and maximize a single product yield while improving the products' yield rates and production efficiency with more cost saving, creating high density products that do not deform easily.

Supor Ceramic also has the most environmentally friendly water purification systems, advanced wastewater treatment systems, automated spray enamel annular process line, and a robotic spray glazing system to glaze products smoothly and evenly. From the first process to the last process of packaging, all processes have been realized by pipeline operations.
