SupplyCore Named to Inc.'s Fastest-Growing Companies in America
Honor represents seventh time SupplyCore has made the list
ROCKFORD, Ill., Aug. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- SupplyCore, a Rockford, Illinois-based supply chain management services and technology solutions integrator, has been named to the Inc. 5000, the magazine's annual list of the fastest-growing companies in America for 2017.
Companies that appear on Inc.'s list this year have grown sixfold in revenue, on average, since 2013. This is SupplyCore's seventh appearance – only 2 percent of the companies have made the exclusive list seven times.
"SupplyCore has grown tremendously during the past few years because our associates, coupled with our external partners, up and down the supply chain work hard to exceed customer expectations through excellent performance on current contracts," President and CEO Peter Provenzano said. "This growth has allowed SupplyCore to create jobs, promote from within, support our communities and improve the readiness of our customers. All our stakeholders – customers, suppliers and associates – can take pride in this recognition."
Inc. included SupplyCore at No. 1389 on this year's list, the full version of which can be found at inc.com/inc5000. The annual conference and gala honoring the companies takes place Oct. 10-12 in Palm Desert, California.
SupplyCore was established in 1987 and currently employs 225 people. The company, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, prides itself on its global agility and responsiveness. SupplyCore also was recognized in 2016 by the Defense Logistics Agency as a Top Performing Industry Partner.
