In-2-Foods, a major juice contact packer for one of South Africa's premium retailers, have recently celebrated over 5 years uninterrupted use of the technology. Employed to replace both thermal pasteurization and the use of preservatives, the technology has enabled In-2-Foods to meet and exceed the exacting shelf stability, price and taste criteria of their client in a cost-effective manner while enjoying significant energy savings over pasteurization.

One of the top three global brewers has also passed a major usage milestone with the SurePure technology. Originally employed to microbiologically purify sugar syrup solutions used in Flavoured Alcoholic Beverages, the technology, now in its 4^th year of continuous use, has recently seen applications in adjunct brewing as well as experimentation in the reduction of Pasteurizing Units for FAB finished product.
