SurePure Provides Business Update
Commercialization of Liquid Photopurification Technology
NEW YORK, Feb. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- SurePure, Inc. (OTCQB: SURP), a global leader in liquid photopurification, provides an update on recent achievements and business strategy for stakeholders.
The Company reported a number of accomplishments during 2014. SurePure continues with its initiatives for the commercialization of its patented photopurification technology and the development of new or improved applications

To date during the first quarter of 2015, SurePure has secured additional orders of with a face value of $950,000, with orders signed from January 1, 2014 to date now exceeding $2.5 million. Since inception the Company has now signed orders with a value of in excess of $5.0 million. As of February 2015, orders by customers to the value of approximately $3.0 million have already been installed and commissioned. SurePure expects that the remaining orders will be installed and commissioned during the first half of 2015. The Company's ability to install and commission units is subject to availability of working capital in sufficient amount to allow it to maintain its operations.
Recent Accomplishments include:
- On February 26th, 2014, SurePure announced developments in the non-thermal processing of potato rinse water;
- On March 6th, 2014, SurePure announced a further flavor preservation application and also announced the sale of its technology to a South African producer of fruit juice, carbonated soft drinks, water and non-alcoholic malt drinks;
- On March 12, 2014, SurePure announced additional brewing breakthroughs for the craft brewing of beer;
- On March 28th, 2014, SurePure signed a commercial deal with Helpac, a major essential oils and floral water bio-producer;
- On April 4th, 2014, SurePure announced the publication in the World of Food Ingredients of a report demonstrating the value of its photopurification technology in application to protein based liquid ingredients;
- On April 9, 2014, SurePure announced the results of a study underlining efficacy of its photopurification technology in dairy production;
- On April 23, 2014, SurePure announced a breakthrough in purification of contaminated diesel in a limited test without biocides and with the use of its photopurification technology;
- On July 21, SurePure announced the production of cider for the craft brewing market in conjunction with the use of its photopurification technology;
- On July 24, 2014, SurePure announced preliminary results for additional commercial applications for the Company's patented photopurification technology in the dairy industry;
- On August 6th, 2014, SurePure announced that its technology demonstrated energy savings to the South African beer brewing industry through its collaboration with SAB Miller;
- On August 7, 2014, SurePure concluded an agreement for the sale of photopurification units to a major US producer for a high quality protein product;
- On December 17, 2014, announces commercial trials utilizing SurePure's photopurification technology as an alternative to dairy pasteurization in India;
- On January 9, 2015, SurePure announced that its patented photopurification technology is seen as instrumental in the success of the clinical trials being conducted by Tamarack Biotics.
- On February 12, 2015 SurePure announced that its technology had been selected for use in developing dairy communities in Northern India.
