CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- After tabulating responses to its latest customer satisfaction survey, Infinisource has continued to receive superlative scores for implementation of its iSolved cloud-based human capital management solution. iSolved usage has grown rapidly, and Infinisource has been able to maintain the highest level of satisfaction for all participating partners, brokers and customers.
Survey participants were instructed to rank answers on a scale from one to ten, where one represents extremely dissatisfied and ten signifies extremely satisfied. A section asks for rankings on such factors as understanding needs of the business, accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, communication and training. Another section seeks scores for each of the iSolved team members who participated in the implementation, including the project manager.
The survey is just one of the methods used to seek direct feedback from end-user executives, managers and administrative staff. Respondents were particularly complimentary about the Infinisource team members, citing such qualities as professionalism, dedication and cordiality. Feedback ranged from "responses are always quick and knowledgeable," to "appreciate everything being explained" to "having a company that is willing to go above and beyond to make our jobs easier is great."
The survey questions conclude with a request for an overall satisfaction grade and how likely it is that the customer would recommend Infinisource to peers.
