NEW YORK, Sept. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Susan K. Maher, Barrett Capital Corporation's new Director of its Co-op & Condo Division, has hit the ground running: In her first 9 months on the job, Ms. Maher has generated approximately $25 million in new financings.
Ms. Maher brings best-in-class new business development, client relations and customer service skills to the division that specializes in financing major capital maintenance projects for cooperative corporations, condominium and homeowner associations.

Ms. Maher received her Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration from Michigan State University.
