Switchback Launches Efforts to Outcomes (ETO®) Software Performance Management System to Support Outcomes Case Management for Young Adult Offenders

BALTIMORE and LONDON, Sept. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Social Solutions Global, Inc., the leading provider of performance management software for human services, is proud to announce the launch of the first live Efforts to Outcomes (ETO®) software system in the United Kingdom at Switchback, an intensive mentoring program that helps 18-24 year old offenders make real, long-lasting change after release.

Switchback pairs former young adult offenders, called Trainees, with a full-time Switchback Mentor who builds an unconditional, long-term, intensive and motivational relationship with each Trainee, to help them achieve stability across 10 Switchback Pathways. Switchback works with a range of employers (from local cafes to luxury hotels), agencies (including probation and housing) and specialists (such as colleges and drug counsellors), which improve the chances of success for Trainees and the organizations involved.  By helping Trainees navigate these systems and access existing opportunities, Switchback provides a conduit from prison to the community that is completely tailored to the individual.

Switchback will use ETO software to provide outcomes-focused case management to Trainees, and to provide accurate data to inform internal development as well as external stakeholders.  "Young adults are the highest risk group for re-offending, and we believe that intensive, holistic work is what it takes to break the cycle of recidivism.
