Medline supports supplier diversity in product portfolio with addition of woman-owned company

NORTHFIELD, Ill., March 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Medline, the largest provider of medical-surgical products and supply chain solutions serving all points of care, today announced a new exclusive distribution arrangement with SYNA Medical for their exam gloves. Co-founded in 2021 by Hindy Rosenberg and Anita Lovse, SYNA Medical is certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the largest certifier of women-owned businesses in the United States and a leading advocate for women entrepreneurs.

The arrangement will give customers greater access to high-quality chemo-rated nitrile and clear vinyl exam gloves from a woman-owned company. Seeking more inclusivity in procurement, healthcare providers across the country are endeavoring to include greater diversity in their supplier networks and support businesses owned by minorities, women, veterans and other underrepresented groups.
