T4F Partners Up with Disney for Broadway Musicals

SAO PAULO, March 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- T4F-TIME FOR FUN has signed a partnership with Disney Theatrical Group (DTG) to promote three major Broadway musicals in South America over the next five years. T4F acquired the exclusive rights to promote three main contents of the Disney-DTG: "Mary Poppins", "The Little Mermaid", and "The Lion King", one of the most successful musicals of all time and which for the first time will have an authentic montage in the continent.

"The Lion King" is currently in its 15th year of non-stop playing on Broadway and 13th year in London and was watched by more than 65 million people worldwide, having already raised more than US$ 4.7 billion.

"Mary Poppins" is another great movie success which was transformed into a Broadway classic. The musical has three shows currently running: on Broadway, one U.S. continental tour and another one in London. Worldwide, it has grossed more than US$ 644 million and reached an audience of 9.3 million people.

"The Little Mermaid", which started in Broadway in 2007 and made a two years run, is another highly successful musical that is part of the T4F agreement with Disney. With its debut planned for 2013 in Buenos Aires, it shall go to Sao Paulo and other major South American cities afterwards and over the next years.

T4F's partnership with Disney demonstrates the strong relevance of the entertainment market in South America and T4F's execution capacity and quality of production required by Disney in their Broadway musicals.

By acquiring premium contents in long-term contracts, T4F is in line with its strategy to increase the predictability of recurring revenues. The partnership makes its Theater division to gain increasing importance within the company's mix of content.
