These changes are aligned with T5's broader strategy to scale operations and meet increasing market demand with agility.

The following executives have assumed expanded or newly defined leadership roles, all of which report directly to the CEO, effective immediately.

Peter Almond, Chief Investment Officer & President, T5 Properties
Almond assumes leadership of Investments, Developments, and Capital Markets, with oversight of all asset ownership strategies, including land, power, equipment, and facilities. Formerly CFO of T5, Almond brings deep capital markets expertise honed through senior investment banking roles at SunTrust, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and BofA Securities. He has a degree in commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Tom Mertz, Chief Operating Officer & President, T5 Services
Mertz's expanded purview includes T5 Operations, T5 Construction, sales and marketing, safety, and business systems. Since joining T5 as CCO in 2022, he has driven impactful operational initiatives and delivered outstanding client outcomes. Mertz's industry background includes leadership roles at CPG, QTS, and Lee Technologies. He has a degree in public and urban affairs from Georgia State University and completed executive development training at Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Karen Stein, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel
Stein now leads legal, compliance, human resources, IT/tech support, and corporate procurement. Since joining in 2023, she has strengthened T5's legal and compliance infrastructure. Her experience includes general counsel roles at CPG, Iron Mountain, IO, and The PGA Tour. Stein holds a business degree from the University of Maryland, an MBA from Loyola University Maryland, and a JD from Emory University School of Law.

Steve Glinski, EVP & Chief Financial Officer
A long-standing member of T5's financial department, Glinski now oversees accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and FP&A. With a decade at T5 and prior roles at Donohoe Real Estate Services, he continues to build upon a strong foundation in financial operations. Glinski is a licensed CPA, CTP, and Chartered Global Management Accountant, and has an accounting degree from West Virginia University.
