Tactus and Ryoyo Announce Strategic Partnership in Japan
FREMONT, Calif. and TOKYO, Dec. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tactus Technology, Inc., the acknowledged leader in on-demand tactile surfaces, and Ryoyo Electro Corporation (Tokyo), one of Japan's leading electronics suppliers, today announced a strategic partnership. Ryoyo has made a strategic investment in Tactus as part of the company's Series B financing round and has been selected by Tactus as its exclusive sales partner and distributor in Japan.
Tactus' dynamic surfaces are a dramatic innovation in the Touch 2.0 revolution that consumers and OEMs are eagerly awaiting: screens that transform from a flat virtual interface into a physical three-dimensional interface when needed.
